Pricing experiment
Founding cohort: 10 clients, sequential pricing.
Standard full price is $10,000/mo. The founding cohort fills it bottom-up: client 01 pays $1,000/mo, each next client pays $1,000 more. Your price is locked for 12 months.
Lower plans = narrower scope. The $1,000 plan is a restricted pilot (one narrow workflow, one system or data source, monitoring + basic report) — not unlimited engineering.
Custom dashboards, larger applications and major integrations can require a separate setup fee. After the founding cohort, standard package pricing applies.

How fast will we see results?
First usable result for a standard task within ~48 hours after the brief and access are ready. Complex requests take longer and are split into smaller deliverables, with visible progress every day or two.
How do we request work?
Through your task board. Add anything to the backlog; we clarify goal, systems, access and acceptance criteria, then move one task to Ready and build it.
What do you need from us to start?
A contact person, access to the relevant systems or data, and approval on the acceptance criteria. The delivery clock only runs once these are ready.
Who owns the code and output?
You do. Custom code and delivered business output are yours. We provide the engineering, automation and operations layer around them.
What does it run on, and what does it cost?
Boring, maintainable stacks you can take over. API, model, hosting and third-party costs are transparent pass-throughs — agreed before we spend.
Do agents act on their own?
No. Sensitive external actions always require human approval. We don't promise autonomous decision-making without it.
